More funding on the way for wineries, distilleries and breweries if Government re-elected

The Minister for Tourism, Trade and Investment Dan Tehan outlines to Chris Smith the Government’s plan to kickstart the tourism industry by investing $15 million in the wine, spirits and craft breweries sector and providing matched funding. It’s an industry that’s been hard hit, not only by the pandemic reducing overseas workers and tourists but by China increasing tariffs. The Minister talked about creating trails whereby tourists can visit various businesses to sample their products. And then to the election campaign……. Chris plays a clip of Anthony Albanese seriously overreacting to a question from journalist Rachel Baxendale. Is he losing the plot? Dan Tehan thinks he might be.
