Rugged up in all his winter layers, John Stanley has presented Nights live from Sydney’s White Bay Cruise Terminal for Vinnies’ CEO Sleepout.

Joe Hildebrand took part in the Sleepout, setting up his sleeping bag in a very chilly spot right by the water.

He and MC Deborah Knight joined John ahead of the event.

During the night, special guests NSW Labor leader Chris Minns and NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet also dropped by.

Putting political differences aside, they slept side by side for the cold night!

The pair discussed what governments should do to intervene in the homelessness crisis.
