Being ‘old’ or ‘elderly’ is not the same as what it used to be.

As people live longer and medical technology advances, people are making the most of their lives and living to the fullest.

In 2021 comedian and author Jean Kittson was awarded the top honours at the Ministerial Advisory Council of Ageing Media Awards for her commitment to giving the elderly a voice.

She joins John Stanley to share her passion around breaking the stigma around the elderly and the life events later on in life.
