Thinking about quitting social media in the New Year?
It’s that time of the year again, when we start thinking what our New Year’s resolutions might look like.
Sometimes reflecting on stopping a habit that makes us feel bad is a good way to start. For many, this would be social media.
If it hasn’t been beneficial to you this year, perhaps it’s time to disable Facebook, Instagram, and any other social media apps you’ve been tuning in to.
