Joel Gibson, the author of Kill Bills, chats with Warren Moore about how mobile phone users should shop around for a new mobile phone plan if they haven’t in the past year.

Joel says that mobile phone users will be happily surprised if they shop around for a new phone bill due to a variety of reasons such as cheaper monthly bills and more data. He explains that the biggest change to mobile plans in the past decade or so has been the growth in inclusions.

The change in plans from even just five years ago has been incredible with more data being offered for a lower price. Joel reflects on the advances the telco industry has seen since data was a part of our phone bills. He also explains how there are some innovative offers available as well such as Woolworths offering customers 10% off their first grocery shop each month.
