‘Pretty damaging information’: Police accused of cover-up of Tasering of 95y/o
Key details have been revealed in regards to the tasering incident of the 95-year-old great-grandmother Clare Nowland, retrieved by the Sydney Morning Herald.
The original draft release of the incident stated that a Taser was used and the 95-year-old woman did in fact have a knife, information which was later edited out of the police statement released to media.
NSW Police Senior Constable, Kristian White, is facing charges of assault and is due to appear in court next month.
