Private bus company UGO-Mobility has sacked its managing director amid a highly publicised wave of criticism from commuters.

It comes as the private operator, which runs services in the Sutherland Shire and St George, continues to draw negative feedback from commuters, who claim unreliable bus services in the area are leaving them stranded.
