‘Privileged w*****s’: Ray tees off on NRL players
Ray Hadley has teed off on the RLPA and its players representing the union on the front line after the league’s stars introduced a new boycott amid the ongoing CBA drama.
Starting with this week’s round of fixtures, players will look to cover up the competition’s official logo on their jerseys.
Cowboys star and RLPA advisor Chad Townsend stated on Wednesday night that players “are escalating our action as a playing group because the NRL have shown a complete lack of respect.”
Hadley responded to Townsend’s comments, along with the players’ latest boycott.
“You have been given a 37 per cent wage increase and a range of other measures,” Ray said.
