Qantas customer waits on hold for EIGHT HOURS

Stories of lengthy wait times from Qantas customers continue to flood in after the airline admitted the delays were unacceptable.
One customer was on hold for over eight hours just to have their issue heard.
The call volume has tripled amid a travel rebound on the back of the pandemic.
“Alan Joyce needs to fix this today,” Ben said.
“They’ve happily spent millions on a new advertising campaign featuring Hugh Jackman and Kylie Minogue.
“But the poor bloke trying to rebook his flight to Melbourne can’t get through to the call centre in South Africa.”

“I took the call to a meeting, I took the call to an eatery.
“I was quite embarrassed, it was a two-hour meeting and we had the music playing in the background the whole time.”
