Police have safely located an 11-year-old boy who’d been missing from Cabramatta since yesterday afternoon.

11-year-old Kiet Tran was found safe and well at friend’s home at Cecil Hill in Sydney’s south-west.

It follows a large search by police and family when Kiet failed to return home after leaving the park he was at with his siblings.

Police were alerted when his relatives couldn’t find or contact him.
