The NSW Fair Trading Executive Director of Investigations and Enforcement has addressed concerns about a notorious “dodgy” plumber.

The plumber was involved in an investigation by A Current Affair, when four stories were put to air revealing investigations into the then 26-year-old’s alleged dodgy dealings in Melbourne.

Allegations from mainly elderly customers ranged from being charged $5,600 for a replacement hot water system, which another plumber quoted to be $1,400 to supply and install, and even a whopping $212,000 to replace a sewer pipe.

Now, Valerie Griswold tells Ray Hadley he allegedly is attempting to scam plumbers in Sydney as well!
