Shadow Health Minister Matt Kean and Inner West Council Mayor Darcy Byrne have clashed on air after the council mayor confirmed this week that residents in his area will have their red garbage bins collected every two weeks starting next month.

“I’d be furious if I was living in that local government area where they’re saying, we’re going to collect the bins every two weeks,” he said.
