Mark Levy has obtained a letter sent by Resilience NSW Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons ahead of the release of a report into the handling of the recent floods.

Mr Perrottet is expected to accept all of the report’s recommendations, including the dismantling of Resilience NSW.

Shane Fitzsimmons wrote in a letter to his colleagues “at this stage, I have still not been contacted or provided a full copy of the report”.

“Nor have I been briefed on the government’s position concerning the inquiry recommendations.”

Mark Levy says it’s disgraceful that the Premier hasn’t contacted Mr Fitzsimmons after it was revealed the Commissioner learnt about his future via The Ray Hadley Morning Show weeks ago.

“Dominic Perrottet, hang your head in shame,” Mark said.

“Pick up the phone and speak to him!”
