‘Should’ve been arrested’: Ray tees off as rogue protestor calls for Jews to be ‘wiped out’
A passionate Ray Hadley has spoken out over his frustrations with New South Wales police over the weekend, after officers who attended the Pro-Palestine rally in Sydney CBD opted not to arrest a man calling for the Jewish people to be “wiped out”.
Vision of the incident surfaced on social media in the aftermath of a rally that was mostly peaceful, according to police.
“I am pleased to say that in the circumstances today people listened to ensure the behaviours that was seen last Monday, were not repeated,” NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Tony Cooke said.
“People listened to their own community.”
Meanwhile, Hadley explained why he was stunned no action was taken against a rogue protestor.
“He should’ve been put in handcuffs and put away,” he said.
