Ray Hadley has received a photo from listener Angelo that’s almost too strange to believe – fresh snowfall on the second day of summer.

When Angelo arrived at work at the Perisher Ski Resort, he was greeted by this unseasonally frosty wonderland. Now he suspects they might just see a very unusual White Christmas.

“It snowed last week as well and I’m wondering if I should start a sweep to bet on a white Christmas down here.”

Anna from the Corroboree Lodge at Perisher posted this video of the snow storm rolling in.
