Swimmer Sam Short has impressed in the pool during the Australian Swimming Championships this week, winning the 400, 800 and 1500 metre freestyle races.

The 19-year-old has been compared to the likes of Grant Hackett and has his eyes set on Paris next year.

“Definitely heading in the right direction, I love would love to make that Olympic team,” Short told Mark Levy.
