Sydney grandmother’s ‘outrageous’ driving fine

A Sydney grandmother has copped a $352 fine for honking her horn.
85-year-old Alma was driving to work at Myer in Roselands along Belmore Road at Riverwood when suddenly a car pulled out in front of her.
Moments after beeping, she was pulled over with the police officer claiming she beeped for a second too long.
“That is unbelievable!” Chris Smith said.
“She’s an 85-year-old grandmother, not a hoon!”
