Aussie’s marmalade fit for a King
A marmalade maker has won a prestigious international competition, and his creation is destined for royalty.
Reuben Cooperman’s marmalade scored a perfect 20 out of 20 at the Dalemain World Marmalade Festival, standing out amongst thousands of entries from 40 countries.
Reuben revealed to Deborah Knight that his award-winning spread would be presented as a formal gift to King Charles III for his coronation.
Cooperman credits his success to patience, knife skills, and the use of homegrown oranges from his garden.
