There are calls for a review of speed cameras in NSW after a Sydney camera topped the highest-earning list for the second year in a row.

The Daily Telegraph has revealed the speed camera on the Eastern Distributor northbound has raised $4.3 million in the past 12 months.

The next camera on the list is the Lane Cove Tunnel westbound at Lane Cove West followed by the Cross City Tunnel westbound at East Sydney.

NRMA’s Peter Khoury tells Steve Price the warning signs need to be looked at.

“Something is very wrong here.

“When you have a situation where the same location is topping the list every year clearly more needs to be done than just putting our feet up, collecting the fines and collecting the revenue.”
