Three teenagers are fighting for life after the car they were in ploughed into a stationary bus in Sydney’s south.
Emergency services were called to the M5 at Beverly Hills at 6.30 on Sunday night, finding a Mazda had smashed into a Murrays bus in the breakdown lane.
On arrival, they found the 19-year-old female driver and an 18-year-old woman in the back seat were trapped.
Firefighters managed to free the women and they were rushed to hospital.
A male front seat passenger and a female rear passenger – also aged 18 and 19 – were treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to hospital.
The three women are in a critical condition, fighting for life, while the man is in a serious but stable condition.
The driver of the bus was uninjured and there were no passengers on-board at the time.
