Nada Pantle regularly uses the change rooms at the Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club, but a recent warning letter she received regarding nudity has caused a conflict. 

The club has a no-nude policy in place for its showers and change rooms, as a way of “protecting children”.

“Should you continue to ignore the rules, you will be subject to disciplinary action, and/or … termination of your membership,”  the letter stated.

Nada told Deborah Knight, “I don’t know what I did”.

“The letter is ambiguous and quite dangerous, it could be taken that I’ve breached sexual misconduct when I was just getting changed,” said Nada.
