New South Wales State Emergency Service rescue volunteer Daniel Groom has spoken on the courageous act which saw him receive a bravery award.

Mr Groom volunteers at the Blacktown unit and received the award along with two other volunteers who helped rescue an elderly man from flood waters in Milperra back in 2020. 

Mr Groom spoke to Deborah Knight during the Tea Time segment to share the good news!
