A Newcastle kindergarten teacher is cooking up some out of the box ways to keep his class engaged. 

Every day, New Lambton South Public School teacher Brendan Jackson films a goofy video for his class.

“[I outline] what’s going on, but everyone’s got their own special twist,” he told Deborah Knight.

One such video shows Mr Jackson completing an aerobics routine, complete with sweat bands and leggings.

“The kids love it!

“When they hop onto their Zooms in the morning, they start their day kind of talking about that video.”
