The new scoop: Vegetable ice cream
In an interview with Raquel Said, the CEO of Nutri-V, Joe gets the scoop into a new phenomenon, Vegetable Ice Cream.
Nutri-V has worked with a local ice cream company to develop a vegetable powder that they have mixed with ice cream.
“We are loud and proud, there is two scoops of vegetables in there” Raquel said.
