‘The sort of cancer we don’t need’: Big Guns agree Zali Steggall shouldn’t win
The Big Guns have agreed Zali Steggall should not win a seat in this week’s federal election.
The independent is running against Tony Abbott in the seat of Warringah.
A GetUp meeting shows supporters who have campaigned to unseat Mr Abbott chanting “I believe that we will win”.
Watch this 45s video. It’s @GetUp in Warringah for @zalisteggall. Looks and sounds like a cult. #auspol #ausvotes #WarringahVotes pic.twitter.com/7TzNlu7Fvu

Former Labor Senator Graham Richardson tells Ben Fordham he thinks the former prime minister will claim the win and not Ms Steggall.
“I just don’t think she stands for anything.”
Peta Credlin agrees saying, “she’s about a mile wide and an inch deep.”
“She’s exactly the sort of cancer we don’t need more of in the federal parliament.”
