‘There’s no evidence men are women’
The debate has reignited about trans-athletes competing in professional sports after World Athletics announced plans to allow transgender women to compete in female competitions.
People who were born male but now identify as female may soon be allowed to compete in international track and field events.
Women’s advocate Sally Grover told Ben Fordham the idea that it’s fair “is a complete manipulation”.
“It’s giving rights to women to another demographic who should never have those rights, to begin with.”
