‘Time to take Alan Joyce off the menu’: Qantas cost-cutting on food
A regular Qantas passenger has called out the airline for its latest attempt at “cost-cutting”.
Qantas has decided to stop offering vegetarian meal options on domestic flights shorter than 3.5 hours.
“Is the flying Kangaroo stooping too low? You’d expect this from a budget airline but for the price you pay with Qantas, really?” Chris O’Keefe said.
John Dee told Chris, “now they are not giving us foods for decades which has been a norm”.
“If Qantas board cannot deliver some of the basic services that they are known for … maybe just maybe it’s time to take Alan Joyce off the menu, not the vegetarian food.”
