In an interview with Dr Jason Harris, Professor of Corporate Law at The University of Sydney Law School, Ray spoke about ASIC’s failure to “pursue misconduct”.

Ray touched on the serious misconduct of the construction company, Dyldam Developments.

“We really need to hold the government and ASIC to account…we are only going to look at one [reported criminal offence] in a hundred. That’s just not good enough,” Dr Harris said.
