Ben Fordham confronts rail union boss amid more train cancellations
Train cancellations are leaving Sydneysiders stranded on Monday morning.
Sydney Trains CEO Matt Longland told Ben Fordham 37 trains haven’t been accepted into service today.
“That is creating major gaps on the T2, T8 and parts of the T1 line.”
Listeners across the city are experiencing train cancellations on the way to work.
Monelle called into Ben Fordham Live from Town Hall station.
“Every single train that is on the board has been cancelled.”

Rail Union Secretary Alex Claassens’ has defended the cancellations, promising talks will continue this morning.
Ben Fordham: “We’ve heard all of this a million times before. If you’ve gone through so many ministers, is there a possibility that the problem might be you?”
Alex Claassens: “Definitely not!”
Mr Claassens is on Labor Party’s Administrative Committee, a group responsible for election campaigns, but he denies the strikes are fueled by any political motive.
