Defence Minister Peter Dutton has refused to criticize NSW Treasurer Matt Kean after leaving his federal counterparts in the dark.

The Minister for Energy Angus Taylor was unaware of the decision to shut down the coal-fired power station.

Ray Hadley called out Matt Kean for this as he “knew about it for months”.

Ray said, “He is Malcolm Turnbull lite”.

“It’s inescapable.

“At the end of the day, he’s doing much damage to your brand. If he keeps going down the path he goes down, you’ll get beat in May!

Minister Dutton replied saying, “It’s an issue for the Premier”.

“I would much prefer on every day of the year to be dealing with the Perrottet government.”
