Two homes sprayed with bullets, Regents Park and Ryde
A Sydney home has been targeted for a second time, in one of two overnight shootings.
In the space of 20 minutes, shots were fired into a house and car at Regents Park then another property at Ryde.
Cars were also sprayed with bullets in the attacks which took place between 12.55am and 1.15am.
The Regents Park home had already been targeted earlier on Tuesday, with police called after a shooting just before 4am.
At Ryde, seven people were inside the home at the time of the attack and all managed to escape injury.
A black Jeep out the front of the property was also peppered with bullets.
Police have found 17 bullet cartridges at the scene and officers are still scouring the home for evidence
A resident has told 2GB Police Reporter Alice Hogg his family is “rattled but ok”.
He couldn’t say why they’d been targeted.
