Two inspiring women shaving their heads for a great cause
This month marks the 20th anniversary of the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave, one of Australia’s biggest fundraising events.
Thousand of Aussies will shave, colour, cut ponytails, banish beards and trim top knots to raise money for the fight against blood cancer… including two inspirational Sydney Live listeners.
Ash Renshaw and Ashlee Renshaw contacted Ben with their incredible and personal stories.
Ash was diagnosed with Stage II Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at just 18-years-old but came out the other side.
This year she’s celebrating 10 years of survival by hosting a head-shaving event at The Fiddler in Rouse Hill on March 18th.

Ashlee Loder is another inspiring story, shaving her head in support of her husband Ryan.
