‘Undeniable integrity’: Desmond Tutu remembered as leader of change
Archbishop Desmond Tutu is being remembered for his humanitarian work.
Tutu was 90 years old when he died and will be farewelled with seven days of commemorations in South Africa.
The Nobel Peace Prize-winning Anglican cleric was known for his good humour and leadership during the struggle to end apartheid.
South African-born Australian news presenter Anton Enus told Joe Hildebrand Tutu was a person of “undeniable integrity”.
“He really truly lived his truth. That is something that, once again, is very difficult to say of many other public figures.
“He lived his truth, he was a humble man, and he served his community.”
