Ray Hadley has paid tribute to late SmoothFM breakfast host Glenn Daniel, who has passed away after recent health challenges.

The veteran Sydney broadcaster is being remembered as an outstanding newsreader and award-winning presenter.

Glenn has been a peer and friend of Ray’s for over 30 years.

“He was one of the more decent men that I ever encountered,” Ray said.

“He was universally loved by members of the radio community, and a mentor to many.”
