‘Veticare’ could allow pet owners receive free universal vet care
Pet owners in Victoria could soon receive free universal vet care under a world-first proposal.
It’s being dubbed “Veticare” would pet allow owners to get appointments for their furry friends at public vet clinics.
The proposal is gaining traction in NSW as well.
New South Wales Animal Justice Party MP Emma Hurst is pushing for the scheme to be brought in.
Ms Hurst told Jim Wilson it would support the veterinary industry.
