Victim’s family member speaks out after release of criminal detainees.
Andrew Katz, the brother-in-law of slain mother Svetlana Podgoyetsky, who was strangled to death in Melbourne in 1997 at the hands of Tony Kellisar, has spoken out over the High Court’s decision to release criminal detainees.
He told Ray Hadley how he fears for his adopted two daughters and the children of Podgoyetsky, with Kellisar now free and out of detention.
