Australians are hoping it will be eighth-time lucky as Perth band Voyager heads to compete at the Eurovision Song Contest in May. 

This year’s competition will be held in England, after Ukraine won the 2022 contest. The nation is unable to host due to the ongoing conflict with Russia. 

Drummer for Voyager, Ashley Doodkorte, told John Stanley that heading to the UK to compete was a dream come true.
