Convicted serial killer Regina Arthurell has been charged with sexually touching a man while on parole in Sydney’s south-west.

Ben Fordham had called for the triple murderer, previously known as Reginald, to remain behind bars after serving almost 24 years behind bars for the murder of her fiancee.

“This is insane,” Ben said.

“We’re sick of weak magistrates and a parol and bail system that takes the side of the bad guy.

“We deserve better.”
