A medical expert has tackled the most asked question – When will the pandemic end?

Deakin University’s chair of epidemiology Catherine Bennett and Healthy Living host Dr Ross Walker have joined Chris O’Keefe to discuss the current COVID situation.

But Chris wanted to know the question on everyone’s lips – When will it end?

“We have a definite start and we can remember what it was like when it started to become a thing,” Dr Bennett said, “but the end probably won’t be quite the same”.

“One day you’ll suddenly think, ‘I haven’t worried about lockdown for a month’ … when we’ve suddenly got greater horizons of certainty … that to me is normality.”
