The Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers, Sydney Thunder, Adelaide Strikers and Hobart Hurricanes are hoping to become the next BBL champions.

With players returning from the recent Ashes series, the teams are all on a level playing field.

The Sydney Sixers will be playing The Perth Scorchers this Saturday night.

Sydney Sixers Opening Batsman Josh Phillipe has told Mark Levy, “We’re feeling pretty confident”.

The Sixers, who are after their 3rd title are looking good ahead of Test Spinner Nathan Lyon’s return.

Despite COVID wreaking havoc throughout the league and The Sixers, Josh Phillipe insists having the test players back “Is a great addition”.
