‘Without Tohu we wouldn’t be where we are’: Andrew Webster’s incredible praise for captain
Warriors coach Andrew Webster believes his side wouldn’t be in the position they’re in without their resilient captain Tohu Harris.
It comes after the Warriors hammered the Knights 40-10 in front of more than 26,000 fans at home to get through to their first preliminary final in 2011.
Harris ran for 216 metres and made 39 tackles last night and Webster told The Continuous Call Team his captain has been a massive reason behind the club’s success this year.
“Without Tohu and his leadership we certainly wouldn’t be where we are this year,” Webster said.
“He just hates losing so he just wants to be out there to try and help with the result.”
The Warriors will take on Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night for a spot in this year’s Grand Final.
