World’s richest man to divorce his wife
Amazon founder and chief executive Jeff Bezos, the world’s richest man, and wife MacKenzie Bezos are divorcing after 25 years of marriage.
The couple made the announcement on Twitter.

The 54-year-old’s fortune has soared above $223 billion thanks to Amazon, which again became Wall Street’s most valuable company this week, surpassing Microsoft.
“It undoubtedly will be the largest divorce settlement in history,” says Ross Greenwood.
American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers president Peter Walzer tells Ross Ms Bezos will become “one of the richest women in the world”.
“This morning it looked like it was going to be the most friendly divorce in history… this afternoon it looked like one of the worst ever to come.”
