Zachary Rolfe’s father speaks out after NT officer cleared of murder
The father of Northern Territory police officer Zachary Rolfe has spoken out after his son was found not guilty of the death of an Indigenous man.
The 30-year-old was found not guilty over the death of 19-year-old Kumanjayi Walker.
Constable Rolfe wants to return to the police force but the Northern Territory Police Force stood him down again pending a further inquiry.
Father Richard Rolfe told Ben Fordham he’s “incredibly proud” of his son.
